Lead Feed Mill Supervisor/Production Supervisor - Smithfield Foods - Rose Hill, NC

- Run the Feed Mill by myself on the weekend. I was required to get 368,000 tons of feed out the door. As a lead Supervisor I was over 10 to 13 employees each employee had their own department. We had three departments, which were called Loadout, Receiving, and the Control Room. I was also in charge of the rail cars where we got our ingredients. We got ingredients called bean meal, cookie meal, meat and bone, corn, wheat and DDG.
- In April of 2018, I became the night shift Production Supervisor. My duties as a production supervisor is the same as a lead supervisor just more paperwork and over more employees. As a Production supervisor I conduct interviews, and firing employees if necessary
General Labor/ Lead Supervisor - Butterball Farms Feed Mill, Inc - Turkey, NC

- As a General Labor employee, I learned how to make feed. My duties were making sure all the ingredients where in the tank so they can be used. I did things like knock down dust and use the air won to blow the dust and feed off the machines and ingredients.
- As a Lead Supervisor my duties were to make sure all employees where on time clock in with all safe equipment on such as hair net, breed net, steel toes boots, and hard hat. Other duties as a lead supervisor where to make sure all my paperwork was done after my shift such as FDA OSHA and downtime paperwork. I had to make sure my lines never stop unless it was messed up
Sause Maker/Lead/Production Supervisor - Sager Creek Vegetables Company - Turkey, NC

- My duties as a Sause Maker where to make all the ingredients for the product we ran. I worked my way up to a lead and my responsibilities were to make sure all employees was on time and in their assigned area, Also I had to make sure that all the employees had their safety equipment on, as hair net, breed net, and ear plugs. If any of the lines stop working, I had to write down why it stops and how long it stops. At the end of the shift I had to write my report and turn it in to the 1st shift Su
- As a Production Supervisor I had to run so many numbers/product a night to meet our goal. As a production supervisor we had to run anywhere from 79,000 to 98,000.
