Cleaning plates, pans by scrubbing and spraying and then putting machine dishwasher and then putting away. I also cleaned glasses, cups and silverware in dishwasher and put away. I dumped trash for dishwasher station and I cleaned dishwasher machine and dishwasher station at end of each shift. I maintained dishwasher soap and bleach needed. Sometimes I helped out supplies away and cleaned outside patio.

Rinsing dishes, glasses by hand and putting those and silverware in dishwasher, then drying by towel and putting away. Scrubbing floor in kitchen. Dumping trash. I left due to a partially amputated finger that needed to heal before going back to work.

I washed pans and utensils in 3 deep sinks. I dumped trash and swept and mopped floors. I got a sinus infection that was very painful in sinuses. It took me two weeks to recover, and when I came back, Veronica, manager, said I was fired.

I quit because the job required at least 3 people: a dishwasher loader, a dishwasher unloaded, and a Deep sink worker, and I was usually working alone, and the work load was excessive for one person.

I developed a serious ulcer in stomach. And I had to quit unable to work for a while. I have since fully recovered with correct diet.

I quit because I worked past midnight and there were no buses after midnight: end of shift. Rode bike home 7.5 miles on Coors. Too far too dangerous No sidewalk for bike and no streetlights in sections.
