For the past fifteen years, I have trained teachers on Best Practices in education for primary to secondary levels. After designing curriculum models for national and international schools, I have purchased textbooks and technology programs to assist in the delivery of the syllabi embraced at each school. Additionally, I have acted as Headmistress or principal at three schools in Africa for the past ten years: recruiting and hiring teachers; developing accountability systems; parental collaboration and coordinating of all finances and logistics for the campus.

I am familiar with the Common Core, International Baccalaureate, Pearson Edexcel, and Cambridge University Assessment boards and textbook inventories.

My Master's Degree in Education launched my career into areas of passion and focus. By adopting a child with special needs, I became more sensitive to parents and students from this special population. This has really made me a better teacher and advocate for students with disabilites.
