• Regularly lifted up to 50 pounds unassisted, handled sensitive light and sound equipment, and worked while stooped, crouched, or heightened for long periods
• Assisted in diagnosing technical issues with theatre space regularly while working with clients
• Utilized POS systems during front-of-house service-- back-of-house service involved maintaining spreadsheets for inventory and resource management
