- Preparing and filing discovery demands for MCA cases on NYSCEF, ensuring compliance with legal procedures.

Loss mitigation status reports for Ch 7 and 11 cases.
- Drafting Objections on Motions for relief from stay.
- Preparing and submitting required documents to Ch 7 Trustees and the Office of the US Trustee, helping clients to obtain requested document.

- Communicating effectively with the Bankruptcy Court clerk’s office and Judges’ Chambers of EDNY, SDNY and District of NJ.
- Working with the Law office’s schedule, making appointments for the clients, scheduling phone calls for an attorney.
- Preparing and filing vehicle reaffirmation and assumption agreements.
- Filing various requested document to Ch 7 and 11 cases on the Court Docket.
- Assisting an attorney at the telephonic Court hearings.
