1. Management

1. Sustainability
   • Develop and implement sustainability and environmental strategies with action plans, to ensure corporate sustainable development.
   • Develop energy management & sustainability strategy for clients, then implement programs to achieve savings goals and targets by specified timelines.
   • Communicate sustainability related plans and performance through formal presentations to the client chairman.
   • Liaising and support client energy and environmental team to ensure client goals are met.
   • Promotes sustainability awareness and fosters this awareness throughout the company, project or office.
   • Coordinate strategic sustainability approach with US Green Building Council on sustainability initiatives for the projects.
   • Experience with international and local Green Building Rating systems.

1. Environment 
   • Provide technical assistance on environmental related activities and Conduct tasks related to environmental impact assessment.
   • Support team in preparing EIAs and associated management plans in compliance with applicable requirements.
   • Develop and lead Environmental process improvement strategies to be implemented across the company.
   • Direct responsibility while implementing environmental practices, to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and policies such as air quality, waste, clean water, and pollution. Reporting directly to the higher management. 
   • Liaising with regulatory bodies such as the Environment Agency.

1. Resilient and business continuity planning 
   • Develop a resilient planning study including natural and man-made hazards. 
   • Provide recommendation to mitigate the risk.
