Being a GEL has also gone beyond guest experience and entered into the sales aspect of the company. After the temporary position was over, I continued to lead by example to my fellow educators, that is why I became a trainer.
I enjoy training new hires, getting them familiar with how our store operates, answering questions, and helping them grow.

At Target, I interact with guests to ensure they feel welcomed and connected. I promote and sell various benefits, offers, and services. I work efficiently and quickly to maintain a satisfied, happy customer. I have worked as a cashier, drive up member, service/return desk, and at self-checkout.

At Hollister, I always made sure to welcome the customers as they entered the store. If a customer looked confused, I would approach them to see how they are doing or if help is needed. I would censor clothes, clean fitting rooms, ring up customers, and fold around the store. Along with assisting customers, I represented Hollister in a positive manner. I kept up with fashion trends while promoting the Hollister brand.
