I was recently employed for four years at a locally owned pizzeria where I performed a variety of tasks and duties. Including food preparation, customer service and management duties.
I attended Potter Career & Technical Center’s Culinary Arts program. I have experience accurately measuring ingredients and operating commercial kitchen equipment. I have been trained in and practice food preparation safety and sanitation methods. I am proficient in knife skills and keep a safe and organized workspace. I am able to create and follow a standardized recipe.
