I’ve been working in kitchens for 8 years. It’s all I’ve ever wanted to do and it is my passion. Im bad at interviews but I’m good with a recipe and I know how to follow directions to a T.
I know my basic protein temperatures: steak (R-WD), chicken, and fish temperatures. I can dice, mince, julienne. I’ve received pre-management training at Starr Cinema Bar and Grill and have had a hand in training some of the new managers for my current company, Applebees.
I keep my food handlers up to date and currently have a TABC license as well.
I have a high school diploma and attended 2 leadership camps throughout high school.
