I hold a Bachelors in Sociology and have extensive experience in the classroom and with diverse communities. Most of my experience is working with the refugee population aged 5 through 18. I have experience as a teacher assistant in a classroom in American private schools and experience teaching English online and with private lessons. I have a very high level of Spanish and can communicate effectively.
My work experience is diverse. My recent position was doing online research for a nonprofit about immigration. Before that I was a teacher assistant and a Pilates teaching instructor. I worked teaching English online during the pandemic and before was a full time teacher for a summer program working with refugee children.
