I am a service-minded individual committed to ensuring equal access to health services for individuals across developmental levels, demographics, and socioeconomic groups, particularly marginalized, stigmatized, and vulnerable populations. I have a professional interest in integrated substance abuse treatment within primary care and behavioral health collaborative care pathways. I am eager to participate in clinical research, quality improvement initiatives, and shared governance; implement evidence-based practice in my care area; and empower my patient population through effective education and community support.

Per Diem, Project Assistant − Clinical SUD Champion Heater Road in Population Health – Research (February 2022 – present)
Funded through the Population Health Foundation for Healthy Communities grant, working to promote the uptake of evidence-based care for patients with substance use disorders. Demonstrates specialized interest and skills in addiction care and resources for staff. Work to implement nurse-led care processes designed to reduce the burden on providers and increase capacity.
DHMC Heater Road Primary Care (December 2019 – present) – Clinical Nurse- Clinic
Ambulatory nurse for family medicine and general internal medicine. Involved in nursing triage assessment and disposition to appropriate and timely level of care, transitional care coordination, care planning and access to community resources, health promotion activities, and chronic disease management. Assists in office procedures and office/telehealth nursing visits. Involved in walk-in clinic services.
Dartmouth MHMH (July 2018-November 2019) – 5 West Clinical Nurse
Demonstrated competence in the assessment, direct care, and care planning/ education for patients with strokes, epilepsy, brain and/or spinal cord tumors/injuries, movement disorders, laryngectomies, and tracheotomies. Received special training in caring for patients admitted to DHMC’s epilepsy monitoring unit. trained clinical preceptor, member of the practice area council, and member of DHMCs pressure injury safety committee.
