I have been in customer service for over 20yrs and in Managment positions for over 10yrs. I am very goal oriented and work well alone or with a team. I love helping people and providing excellent customer service.

Working under pressure is not a problem for me, although I always manage to maintain a calm and collected demeanor and environment for myself and the customer.
