RN Case Manager at Moments Hospice (2025-07 – Present)

I currently work as RN care manager in Fergus Falls MN. I have a 60–70-mile territory. I see anywhere from 6-7 patients daily in home setting. I offer comfort, support, pain and symptom management for patients during end-of-life care.

I started my career at Lake Region Healthcare in December 2004 in a float position in the clinic. I was trained in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, OB/GYN, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, ENT, Phone nurse, General Surgery, and urgent care during the first six months of employment. I then took a full-time position in Family Medicine.

I also worked at the Walk-in clinic once it opened doing urgent care. In 2014 I took a full-time position in Dermatology and crossed trained in cosmetics and Plastic surgery during this time. I went to Mint Aesthetics in Kansas City to become certified in Laser treatment and completed certification through Sciton.

In 2023 I took a position at the Cancer Center in Medical Oncology where I have been working in the oncology clinic and doing infusion scheduling while attending nursing school.
