My responsibilities for being lead carpet cleaner were to ensure that the van was always kept up to the highest standards, all of my equipment was up to date and using the proper cleaning chemicals for the job. I would greet the clients at their doors and we would tour the areas for the job. I would give them a quick step by step on my process and how I would set up the van to do the cleaning.
