Hello! My name is Emory, and I am a 2nd year accounting student minoring in Spanish. I hope to obtain my master's degree and CPA licensure by May 2028 with a specialization in tax.
I am a pledge class member of the Beta Alpha Psi honor society for accounting and finance as well as a member of the organization for Women in Finance and accounting. I have previously acted as a research assistant for accounting professors at ASU in the spring of 2024, working under them to study roadblocks for prospective black partners.
I study Accounting and attend club organized presentations covering areas from tax and audit to the use of generative AI in the future of the discipline.
