Currently employed as a Lead Superintendent/Staff Supervisor for Park City 3 and 4, responsible for six buildings, totaling 1200 units. Supervise 3 live-in superintendents, 3 handymen, and 9 porters, as well as on-site 24-hour security/doormen. Oversee outside vendors and companies performing various projects on the property.
Responsible for ordering all necessary tools, materials, and cleaning supplies, opening work orders, and making schedules and appointments for maintenance calls. Hold a meeting every morning with all staff members to review pending work orders and give instructions on checking mechanical rooms in all buildings, all lighting, all building doors, and heating systems. Conduct regular walk-throughs of the properties, ensuring the cleanliness of the buildings and grounds is at a high level and that landscaping is done daily.
Conduct interviews with prospective candidates for maintenance positions with the property manager. Establish good relationships with residents and all visitors to the property.

Worked as a Facility Supervisor in East Village, responsible for overseeing 15 smaller buildings. Duties included checking emails and responding to tenants and management, checking Yardi Maintenance for work orders and contacting tenants to schedule appointments for maintenance repairs, contacting superintendents for feedback on all activities, and ordering supplies if needed. Superintendent at MR Realty (2011-07 – 2018)
Worked in Brooklyn as a superintendent of a 63-unit building.
Responsibilities included plumbing, electrical work, plastering, painting, sheet-rocking, tile work, carpentry, cleaning, mopping, and making sure garbage and recycling are done on the days scheduled for sanitation pick-up. As part of work in this building, called electric, plumbing, roofing, boiler, intercom, exterminating, and all other companies when necessary for service. Responsible for ordering all repair and sanitary material needed for the building.

Employed in Long Island as a resident manager in an apartment complex of 360 units. Duties include electrical work, plumbing, plastering, painting, tile work, and appliance repair, and HVAC. Every day, check maintenance voicemail and create work orders for job realizations. Share opinions with contractors and vendors whenever they are on a property, go to the main office every week and report all activities to the property manager, and maintain good relations and a positive attitude with tenants and coworkers.

Worked as a superintendent in a pre-War building of 66 units. In a relatively short period of time, managed to refresh the look of the lobby area, basement, and hallways by repainting and by replacing old light fixtures.
