UX Designer – Platform Redesign - Highway (Directory Product) - Remote

• Redesigned a complex, data heavy directory for freight brokers by identifying friction through user interviews and usability testing and defining a focused redesign.
• Introduced role based contact grouping and clear visual cues to reduce cognitive load and improve efficiency in time sensitive tasks.
• Delivered a fully interactive prototype in 4 months and presented design decisions to stakeholders while iterating through feedback from research to handoff.
