- In this position I maintained and repaired all of the companies equipment supported fleet maintenance and growth, while maintaining fiscal responsibility in the purchasing of parts, shop supplies and materials. Repairs to the equipment included but were not limited to, International and Frieghtliner trucks, a variety of light and medium duty trucks, excavation equipment, trailers and lawn and snow equipment
- Duties included, but we're not limited to electrical diagnosis and repair, hydraulic trouble shooting and diagnostic testing, brake and differential repair, engine repairs and more. I worked both by myself while often overseeing the work of other employees. Additionally, I maintained equipment repair records, tracked maintenance intervals, sorted and filed all receipts for records and tax purposes.
- I independently worked with a variety of vendors to set up accounts and negotiate prices to keep the cost of repairs down to ensure that we were getting quality parts at a reasonable prices. Additionally
- I maintained customer relationships and helped promote the sale of Arctic snow plows and Roadrunner box blades and parts by addressing their questions regarding the equipment and in assisting them with the purchase of replacement parts and guidance on repair.

Services URS, AECOM, IAP and AMENTUM. In this position I was a direct liaison between the company and Tobyhanna supervision and management.
- Duties included, overseeing daily operations of employees in all skill sets, supervision of 3 to 5 supervisors and as many as 20 team leaders.
- During my tenure I also held the responsibilities of hiring coordinator and was responsible for the coordination of all travel and costs as they pertained to temporary duty assignments (TDY) across the country and globally.
- Additionally I worked with vendors to procure PPE and uniform laundering services to ensure the we received the best services possible at lowest price.
- This is a union site And as such, I worked collectively with the local 1717 IAM, union and their representatives to uphold CBA guidelines and company policy and ensure that they worked collaboratively. I have been directly involved with CBA negotiations as well as a company witness in an arbitration.
- Additional duties included, ensuring safety standards were upheld and met. Intake of new employees, I-9 registration forms and other associated new hiring forms, preemployment drug screens, post accident drug screens, state and government compliance regulations were followed and met.
