My work is focused on the residential work. Over 25+ years I have remodeled 30+ kitchens and 50+ bathrooms and built or remodeled 50+ residential decks, handling demolition, cabinetry, countertops, tile, drywall, carpentry and paint on the same job. I have been operating my own remodeling and interior finish one-person business in the Charlotte metro today, where recent work includes several deck rebuilds and a complete 2,000 sq ft multi-level build-out.

• Delivered a complete 2,000 sq ft multi-level build-out, including installation of 100+ light fixtures, plus a hallway and staircase remodel with accent lighting.
• Work off scaffolding and ladders for high fixture installation and ceiling trim and moulding in high-ceiling and multi-level spaces.
• Turn around 80-100 interior finish and repair jobs per year (drywall patch, texture match, paint and trim) in 1–3 days each, with zero liability claims ever filed.
• Coordinate directly with roofing, HVAC, plumbing and GC crews; document every job with before/after photos, confirmed arrival times and written bids.

Handyman / Remodeling Technician at ACE Handyman Services (2021-01 – 2022-12)

• Executed full deck, kitchen and bathroom remodels plus door, flooring, drywall, painting and patio work, solo or in small crews depending on scope.
• Ran multiple homeowner job sites per week — arriving on schedule, protecting finished surfaces and leaving each site clean at close of day.

Deck Builder & Remodeling Contractor — Residential & Commercial at Self-Employed (2013-01 – 2021-12)

• Remodeled kitchens, bathrooms, hallways and full apartments end to end, demolition, tile, cabinetry, drywall, trim and paint, as lead tradesman.
• Built and rebuilt residential patio decks and finished basements in MA; completed a guest-room remodel program and 20-ft hallway and spa renovations at a 200+ guest hotel in Poland.
• Handled estimates, material purchasing, scheduling and pricing, keeping projects on time and on budget.

Kitchen & Bathroom Installer at Zanetti & Co. — Marble & Granite (2005-01 – 2013-12)

• Installed marble and granite countertops, vanities and surrounds on high-end luxury residential kitchen and bathroom projects.
• Worked to tight tolerances in finished homes. Precise templating, seaming and leveling with zero-damage handling of high-value stone.
