I have developed and facilitated learning on a managerial level for Walmart Academy and the state of Tennessee. I have decades od education and L&D experience. Some of my accomplishments include:

Increasing passing rates to 99% and learner retention by 20% YoY. Development of new programs and courses. Implementation of new projects in the active workforce.

I studied education at Southern Adventist University through 2013. I finished my MBA program at The University of South Carolina Aiken in 2023.
