•  Facilitated the system of pairing volunteer host families with Southside families in crisis, providing temporary residences for children as an alternative to foster care, while parents recovered from crisis situations. 
• Conducted various social impact research projects including the correlation between abortion rate and the incarceration rate of African Americans in Chicago. Efforts resulted in becoming the number one performing Hub manager in the Chicagoland area.

Chicago Peace Campaign - Southside Program Coordinator

•  Helped coordinate the Chicago PEACE Campaign in response to increased gun violence on the Southside of Chicago.
• Fostered community relations between organizations and churches in the Englewood and Woodlawn neighborhoods to help form a peace network. 
• Supervised community beautification projects through the management and coordination of youth workers and volunteers.
• Assisted the Chicago PEACE Campaign Director in the implementation of the Chicago PEACE Camp for children ages 5yrs-16yrs.
