Hi, my name is Erica Brincka. I am a Nutritional Science Senior at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. I am a very organized and hard worker. I am looking to gain some real world experience in relation to my major. I love everything about nutrition and fitness and helping others feel good about themselves and the foods that they put into their body. I believe that food is power.
