Caregiver- assisting resident with their needs and making sure they have time to do what they can. Making beds, doing laundry. Shower assistance. Feeding assistance. Reporting changes or concerns.
Medtech- delivering medications to residents, checking parameters when needed. Reporting any changes or concerns. Ordering medications. Putting orders on the MAR. D/C medications through physician orders. Going through cart making sure everything is stocked and checking expiration dates.
Resident Care Coordinator- training staff. Checking on residents. Hiring. Holding staff accountable. Physician orders on and off the MAR. Coordinating patient care. Making sure paperwork goes with resident to appointments. Checking in with family and updating.
Incident report. Scheduling staff. Managing the schedule. Handling call of or PTO request. Covering shifts when unable to fill a shift. Assessments. Service plans. Managing email. Phone calls.
