I've just been cooking all my life, and I'm probably ready for a management track by now.
I've done all the general kitchen stuff. Cooking, cleaning, opening, closing, detailing, dishpit, knife skills, ServSafe/SafeStaff certs, prepping, training, etc.
Over 2 decades of kitchen experience certainly educated me a thing or two. I also did a welding certification training course.
