I am a career Bartender and general restaurant and hospitality professional with over 15 years experience. I’m passionate about keeping up with the latest trends and innovations in the world of craft cocktail, craft beer and fine wine. I have a WSET certification and am pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, I also have a bachelor degree in Liberal Arts. My last position was as a Beverage manager at a fine dining Italian restaurant.
Over 15 years of bartending experience inclouding bar management. I’ve worked in many fine craft cocktail bars, large restaurants, resorts, tiki bars, hotels and local dives.
I have my alcohol and server registration licenses for California ServSafe, Tips, ABC. Level 1 WSET wine taster. Bachelor of Liberal Arts From Sonoma State University.
