Led product strategy and execution for the $1.5B+ Global Fleet division at WEX, an enterprise B2B payments platform serving hundreds of thousands of business customers across North America, Europe and APAC.
- Developed and executed "More than a Fuel Card" strategy and product expansion that led to +50-100% in spend per card.
- Established WEX as a leader in the future of mobility by spearheading the corporate EV product strategy and developing initial partnerships and product offerings.
- Overhauled and honed a digital self-service experience across websites, mobile apps and even direct point-of-sale.
- Led large product rationalization initiative to streamline existing product set, and identify gaps for new product development.
- Designed and led development of an auth gateway system to efficiently route payment information and bridge closed and open networks - a core infrastructure platform capability serving enterprise fleet and mobility customers.

- Launched a new 501c3 organization to scale Open Badges movement.

Key stakeholders included MacArthur Foundation, Walmart, Pearson, Ford, SpaceX, The Workforce Alliance, Opportunity@Work, etc.
- Spurred scale of Open Badges from initial 1000 badges in 2011 to over 76M in 2025, driving significant advances in education, career readiness and workforce development.
- "Exited" into IMS (now 1EdTech), the largest higher education standards body in NA where Open Badges lives today.

- Conceived and launched Open Badges, an open standard that reimagined how learning achievements are recognized and shared across education and workforce systems.
- Authored foundational white papers (1, 2) and led international working groups that established technical and ecosystem standards still in use today.
- Built partnerships across education, technology, workforce, philanthropy and government sectors to drive ecosystem adoption.
