About
Building relationships that turn into results is the thread through every role I've had. For 15+ years in sales and fundraising, I managed and grew accounts (including Fortune 500 clients), stewarded corporate partners like Mutual of Omaha and Union Pacific, and consistently met or exceeded annual revenue goals, raising $1M+ for Special Olympics Nebraska. For the past 8+ years, I've brought that into the women's fashion world as the founder and face of Style Thief Fashion: partnering with retailers and brands, working New York wholesale markets and showrooms alongside boutique buyers, tracking trends season to season, and representing my brand in stores, on stages and on camera across the country.
I'm organized, I follow through, and I know how to coach people toward their best results. I'm also a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach.
Experience
Founder & Brand Lead at Style Thief Fashion (2018 – Present)
Built a women's fashion and personal styling business from the ground up and serve as the face of the brand, with a "Tools Not Rules" philosophy that helps women feel like themselves in what they wear. Lines of business include one-on-one styling, seasonal style guides, a membership community, a podcast and a live touring show.
- Wholesale markets & buying
- Attended New York market (Sept 2026) on behalf of two independent women's boutiques, The Mix (Omaha) and Pattino (Lincoln), covering the Brand Assembly, D&A and Coterie trade shows to select pieces and give buying input based on each store's customer and current trends.
- Visited brand showrooms including Eileen Fisher, Rachel Comey, Clare V, Lingua Franca, Freda Salvador, Ann Mashburn, DONNI, American Vintage, Baum und Pferdgarten and Modern Citizen, seeing the wholesale relationship from the retailer's side of the table.
- Retail & brand partnerships
- Built partnerships with three Omaha retailers (Clothes Mentor, Avenue Two, The Mix) to host paid in-store shopping sessions, bringing customers into the stores and creating a referral channel for both sides.
- Negotiated paid partnerships with mission-aligned fashion and accessories brands (ABLE, Sapahn, Gunner & Lux) using my own rate sheet; Sapahn named a handbag after me.
- Recruited boutique partners in each tour city for co-promotions, building new retail relationships in markets outside Nebraska.
- Drive product sales through affiliate partnerships (ShopMy, LTK), linking curated outfits to retailers' products.
- Sales & revenue
- Sold and delivered one-on-one styling to 100+ women, including a premium signature program priced at $2,500–$2,800; consistently closed clients through consultative discovery calls and itemized, value-based proposals.
- Designed and launched multiple revenue streams: tiered seasonal style-guide subscriptions (3 years running), standalone digital products, a $27/month membership community, and in-store shopping sessions.
- Trends & seasonal communication
- Create seasonal digital style guides that identify each season's key trends and translate them into practical, wearable outfits for real women.
- Grew an Instagram community to ~32,500 followers with a 3–4% engagement rate, plus a ~1,200-subscriber email list; plan and write all launch and seasonal campaigns across email and social.
- Events, travel & brand representation
- Created, produced and host the Style Thief Fashion Show, a live stage show. Premiered at Omaha's Slowdown (Nov 2025), then coordinated a multi-city tour to Parker, CO; Torrance, CA; Beverly, MA; and Elgin, IL (spring 2026), managing venue logistics, deadlines, promotion, boutique partners and an intern I recruited and managed.
- Booked four 2027 tour dates, including a season-series slot at the Midwest Trust Center's Polsky Theatre (Overland Park, KS).
- Present to corporate and community groups (HUB Great Plains, UNL Law alumni); host the Style Thief Fashion Podcast (35+ episodes); quoted as a style expert in Real Simple, Glam, Reader's Digest and The Daily Mail.
