Professional and reliable Machine Operator with over 20 years of sound knowledge and experience working with machine tools including but not limited to tool repair and maintenance. Proven ability to adapt to new environments and changing priorities. Work well under pressure and adept at quickly learning new concepts.
Overseeing step by step procedures on the machine for product deposit. Familiar with CNC Machines in operations of PC Boards. Provide a wide variety of machinist techniques including clamshell couplings, threaded couplings and tool measuring.
Preventative maintenance to equipment. Follow established procedures and guidelines to manufacture the organization's products according to production specifications and schedules, volume, cost, and wastage targets or quality standards. Experienced forklift driver.
Responsible for running the Duplex Finishing and Packing Line. Coordinate with Leads and Maintenance to help achieve daily goals and outputs. Coordinate with Operators, In-Process Inspectors and Maintenance to ensure the quality of the product is met.
Identify and escalate equipment issues.
