I'm originally from the UK and now proudly building my career in the health and fitness industry as a certified personal trainer, competitive bodybuilder, and experienced rock climbing coach. I have a deep passion for helping others live healthier, more active lives, and I bring that energy into everything I do—whether it's coaching, creating content, or promoting brands I believe in. I'm confident in using social media to engage with wellness-focused communities and love working in team environments where collaboration and positivity are key.
