Ethan Ingalls

My name is Ethan Ingalls ive been a certified personal trainer for a year and have worked as a trainer for around a years time. I have a associates degree in exercise applied science and am currently enrolled in a bachelor program for sports nutrition and exercise science. I have knowledge on many different training methods and modalities as well as nutrition knowledge.

In my professional experience ive worked with many clients from all different backgrounds with many different goals. in that time i've helped people prepare for police exams, i've helped firefighters improve there strength and body composition. Ive also worked with clients looking to improve there health through nutrition and exercise.

My education is completely geared towards fitness nutrition and exercise science. My associates degree is in exercise applied science and I am a certified personal trainer.
