I have lived in Phoenix, Arizona, for the last six years. I am seeking a position that allows me to work from home. I have experience, education, and am always willing to learn new skills.
I value family time, which I share with six adult children and two granddaughters. I have a creative hobby that is also therapeutic for me.
My career in education, spanning over two decades, has allowed me to grow from a support staff member directly engaging with students to an administrator shaping policy. This journey has given me a comprehensive view of the school system, from the ground level up. This extensive experience has been further enriched by my time in various blue-collar and service-oriented roles, where I developed a keen appreciation for efficiency, resourcefulness, and the direct impact of daily operational decisions.
After graduating from high school, I attended Yavapai Community College. After completion of my first year, I transferred to Northern Arizona University (NAU). I attended NAU from August 1985 to July 1989. I returned to NAU in 1998 and graduated in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education Technology. In addition to my Bachelor's degree, I have completed 32 hours towards a Master's degree in Special Education at NAU.
Through professional development, workshops, and conference trainings, I have gained knowledge and skill sets.
