• Automated outlook emails to banks about faulty software using Microsoft’s PowerAutomate resulting in an hour-a-day reduction in emailing time per member of the AOC team.
• Optimized Confluence knowledge base by refreshing file naming conventions and reducing the number of wasted space in the knowledge base resulting in a much simpler document-search experience.
• Performed “Turnover” by repackaging product information from auxiliary teams into AOC-style formatting leading to usable documentation for the AOC.
