Faith Goodman

I am currently a student at Penn State University who completes classes virtually. I am currently pursuing my nursing degree.

I have experience working in the food industry and customer service for the last four years. I am hoping to continue to work as a bartender, server, or hostess while in school.

1. TJ Maxx--Merchandise Associate (10 months)
   • Accurately rings customer purchases/returns, while counting change back to customer
   • Maintained store appearance via frequent organizing and cleaning throughout shift
   • Encouraged customers to apply for store credit card to assist in meeting store quota
2. The Pennsylvania State University--Commons Desk Clerk (2.5 years)
   • Organized mail and distribute mailbox flyers for over 1,000 residents in a timely manner
   • Facilitate check-ins/check-outs, security keys, and equipment loans
   • Process financial transactions
3. Wal-Mart--Cashier (1 year)
   • Processed customers purchases quickly and accurately
   • Assisted customers with questions about the store and merchandise
   • Created welcoming environment through positive attitude

I currently attend Penn State University where I complete my classes online. I major in nursing with a minor in sexuality and gender studies.
