Faith Pogosyan

I am a newly licensed California pharmacist and PharmD graduate with experience in ambulatory care, hospital pharmacy, patient education, and medication management. I am passionate about providing patient-centered care and helping patients better understand and manage their medications. I am an innovative thinker with a strong growth mindset who enjoys learning, adapting to new challenges, and identifying opportunities to improve patient care and pharmacy workflows.

I am particularly interested in ambulatory care and collaborative practice, where I can build meaningful relationships with patients and healthcare teams while continuing to grow clinically.
