Currently, I am mentoring college students for the city of Los Angeles Early Childhood Education-Student Advancement Program (ECE-SAP) through the mayor's office, a volunteer position.

I have collaborated closely with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure individualized support for each child, including multilingual learners and children with developmental needs. I am skilled in observation, documentation, and assessment practices that inform instruction and strengthen developmental outcomes.
In leadership roles, I have trained and coached staff on trauma‑informed care, positive behavior supports, and inclusive communication strategies.
