Led and scaled teams of 60+ engineers, shipping API-first and agentic systems used in real-time production. Built and managed core GTM and delivery teams end-to-end: scaled Customer Success at Nylas from 1→8, created and trained the Sales Engineering function, and stood up three agentic AI/ML engineering teams + GTM functions from scratch across Traversaal, Humoniq (YC S25), and Cicero.
Owns architecture and strategic decisions across data warehouses, ETL pipelines, MCP, agentic infrastructure (LangGraph/LangChain), production monitoring and observability, and Salesforce/HubSpot lifecycle systems. Has coached hundreds of leaders—including dozens of product leaders—on strategy, execution, and running high-output product teams.
