Fatima Hsouna

I am an undergrad in university, getting my teacher certificate in Early Childhood Education. I love working with children, and loved working at bright horizons. I enjoy helping them learn, and seeing them smile when they understand something new.

I’ve worked at hooters as a hostess. It taugh me a lot about interacting with customers in a profesional way. And I learned how to deal with conflicts in a respectful way. I welcomed everyone guest with a smile, and kind attitude.

I also worked at Bright horizons daycare as a field intern. I learned so much about developing a relationship with parents. And learning how to communicate with them about what goes on in the classroom and with their children/child.

I enjoyed interacting with the children, they always brought a smile to my face.

I just finished 2 years of college. It has taught me a lot about being in time, being professional, and allowing other to help you. I learned to always be a couple minutes early them ever late. It makes you look bad when you’re late, or late constantly. So I was just always a little early, so I avoided that problem all together.
