- Developed a profound sense of communication which helped build stronger relationships with trade partners, team members, and homeowners. This trait also helped ensure that the work was completed correctly and on time.
- Gained a greater sense of the term "bigger picture." Team, business, and customer satisfaction are a driving force with daily goals and accomplishments.
- Responsible for weekly construction updates and photo uploads so that homeowners may see and review progress of their new home. Goal was to make two updates per week. This helped to keep homeowners aware of job status.
- Main point of contact for all city and third-party building inspectors. This allowed us to develop a better understanding of what each entity required, cutting down idle times for failed inspections.
- Worked directly with interoffice building schedulers to ensure job status was up to date daily. This helped keep track of build goals, completion dates, along with ensuring trades were timely with their tasks.

- Responsible for the sourcing and managing of supplies, goods, and services essential for the company's operations.
- Negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring that procurement activities align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Oversee new community setup strategy, including data entry, cost validation and sharing policy with trade. Then switching to maintain and update procurement records and supplier information into company databases as changes came. This was essential for communities to stay on track with costs and timelines.
- Main point of contact between trades and field personnel. Functioned as a liaison to ensure solid relationships were maintained on both sides so that we were all aligned with cost, efficiencies, and performance goals.
- Supervise and evaluate trade partner performance and inform hiring and termination decisions.
- Provide input into and analysis of procurement and community-specific reports to provide actionable insights and ensure operational accuracy.

- Initial position as an Assistant Construction Manager was to learn and grasp the complexities of the day in and day out for the role of a Construction Manager. I was able to create processes and goals to succeed.
- Exceling and striving daily to gain the promoted title of Construction Manager led us to succeed at that goal within three months. Understanding what was needed of me, and having great leaders was key to that success.
- Once promoted, the understanding of utilizing quality construction standards and the use of proper techniques that were taught and ingrained within me - became my main objective of success moving forward.
- Review in-work progress on active jobs daily to ensure objective dates were either met or exceeded.
- Learned and excelled at planning ahead to prevent problems and how to resolve any emerging ones.
- Develop community strategies to help the entire build team bring cycle times closer to company standards.
Design Services Team Lead - In Charge Electrical Services

- Lead, encourage and support all design staff for the south Texas region, this included Temple, Austin North/South, Schertz, and Dripping Springs areas.
- Main objection for the design team was to meet and educate buyers on all options available to them with the construction of their new home. Our goal was to ensure that buyers select options to best fit their needs and budgets.
- Process training and discussions about appropriate customer service and sales techniques were a responsibility that needed to be created and then regularly administered with the entire design team.
- Was directly responsible for sales increases with all builders. Oversaw strategies that were custom tailored to each builder for maximum growth potential. Considerable year over year increases were obtained in tenure as design lead.
- Routinely spoke with personnel within the builder's organization so that effective communication was established and maintained for a multitude of reasons, our primary focus was customer satisfaction and builder awareness.
- The role of design lead also included all responsibilities of hiring all fresh staff, completing yearly reviews, and coordinating any necessary terminations required.
