I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism with a concentration in Food and Beverage at California State University, East Bay. I have several years of experience in hospitality, including pastry arts, customer service, and healthcare food service. In my current role as a Nutrition Assistant at Adventist Health Simi Valley, I ensure quality service and food safety.

I have several years of experience in hospitality, food service, and pastry operations. Currently, I work as a Nutrition Assistant at Adventist Health Simi Valley, where I ensure patients receive accurate meals while maintaining food safety standards and providing excellent customer service. My background also includes positions with Four Seasons Westlake Village, Din Tai Fung, and various bakery operations, where I gained experience in pastry production, customer service, inventory management, and team support.
I have served as a cashier, barista, cook, pastry chef, and assistant manager, allowing me to develop strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. These diverse experiences have strengthened my ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and collaborate effectively with others. I am passionate about hospitality and committed to creating exceptional experiences for guests while continuing to grow professionally within the food and beverage industry.
I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism with a concentration in Food and Beverage at California State University, East Bay, with an expected graduation date of Spring 2027. My coursework has provided me with a strong foundation in hospitality operations, food and beverage management, event planning, marketing, and customer service. In addition to my university studies, I earned a Diploma in Pastry Arts from the New School of Cooking, where I developed technical skills in baking, pastry production, and dessert presentation.
I also attended Moorpark College, where I studied Business Administration and gained knowledge in business principles and organizational management. My educational background, combined with my professional experience, has prepared me to pursue a career in hospitality management and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences within the food and beverage industry.
