I worked as a teacher’s aide at the CUNY Language Immersion Program (CLIP) at Queensborough Community College from Fall 2012 to Spring 2014 while getting my associate's degree in Liberal Arts. At CLIP, I assisted the teachers by participating in and conducting field trips, movie discussions, and games with the students. I also tutored individuals, led small focus groups, and proctored exams. I have worked as a private English tutor for almost 20 years in South Korea, Japan, and the U.S.

I have a TEFL/TESOL certificate and completed a bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language and Literature at Queens College in the fall of 2016.
