As a STEM MBA candidate with a focus on marketing, innovation, and tech entrepreneurship at North Carolina State University's Jenkins Graduate School of Management, I am seeking a managerial role in a dynamic organization where I can utilize my experience in program management, partnership building, and digital marketing.

My background in managing social impact programs, including creating and executing campaigns on intimate partner violence and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion, along with my experience in product development, product management, budget allocation, project execution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, has equipped me with the skills to lead and manage successful projects.

I have also successfully completed certifications/courses in data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL to support decision-making. Additionally, my proficiency in a variety of software and digital tools, including Qualtrics, Prezi, and Hootsuite, Airtable demonstrates my technical acumen and ability to adapt to new technologies.

DEVELOPMENT CONSORTIUM, New Delhi, India June 2015 – July 2022

TeenBook and FightCovid19 – Program Manager (October 2020 – July 2022)

Led consultations and implemented solutions to improve the awareness building system for over 1K health workers across five states in India to address the impact of COVID-19 on health work in rural areas.
Led three 14-session online courses on technology for rights-based content in journalism across three Indian states, with an average of 40 participants per session. Participants share impactful stories via Mobikaar YouTube channel.

Love Matters India – Line Producer (June 2015 – July 2019)

Conducted screenings of "Intimate Partner Violence" VR film to 10K+ people, surveyed 5K+ and achieved a 173% increase in likes, 253% increase in comments, and 500K campaign reach within 100 days.
Consulted with Durex as a Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) subject matter expert to direct online ad campaigns of condoms, ensuring message alignment for target audience.
Collaborated with Ogilvy on "#LforLove" to promote DEI. The campaign trended globally on Twitter for two hours with an online reach of 50M and aimed to end the negative portrayal of lesbian women.
Managed $15K budget for the procurement, launch, and distribution of India's 1st VR film on intimate partner violence. Oversaw location overhead costs, and handled end-to-end production, collaborating with a German VR specialist, hiring production staff, booking locations, casting actors, and creating the script and subtitles.
Secured 10 public locations free of charge for film screening and negotiated VR unit pricing with multiple vendors, while managing cross-functional teams, film crew, and marketing staff.
Established and managed partnerships with government agencies for successful planning, management, and execution of offline and online events and activities, resulting in increased awareness of SRHR among young people.

FAIRTRADE INDIA PROJECT BY CENTRE FOR SOCIAL MARKETS, Karnataka, India February 2020 – October 2020

Manager – Program and Partnership

Advised 100+ Fairtrade school coordinators across south India and established a charter adopted by 30+ schools, resulting in the extension of the Switch Asia grant for an additional year.
Managed social media strategy for global "Fairtrade Week," leading a team of 8 and establishing SOPs resulting in a 17% increase in followers; conducted A/B testing for optimized engagement with 23% increase in reach.

UN WOMEN REGIONAL OFFICE – ECARO, Istanbul, Turkey August 2019 – January 2020

Managed annual plan and report compliance for 20+ program offices and analyzed 5-year data to support budget justifications and recommend strategy changes for improved program efficacy.
