Since having obtained licensure and maintained concurrent registration through the FLDOH as an EMT. I have remained in good standing throughout while being recognized by the State of Florida.
As of recent, I have come to the realization that I want more out of my choosen career path. So, I'm trusting my instincts, as it's time I pay close attention. In taking the next steps to broaden the horizon a bit while expanding the field of range in a zealous attempt to explore beyond my comfort level and the vast opportunities available for career advancement.
I can finally begin crossing off achievements as they come along. Therefore, in a continuation of pursuit to fulfill future career goals and to gain traction towards professional development. I'm embarking on an investigative approach to obtaining licensure in other states - namely the states with a high growth potential and ones that I am familiar with.
Now, to branch out successfully in my career path. I need to perform a deep dive of sorts in obtaining information regarding newly added statutes and requirements to obtaining licensure for the pre-hospital setting and the medical and health service markets of the desired states of choice. While also comparing and contrasting benefits offered in private medical practices, learning and community hospitals, and in the pre-hospital setting of local volunteer and county/borough rescue departments.
Therefore, as I continue preparation of obtaining and reestablishing licensure for the State of NJ as an EMT. Any new requirements of state statutes that have been updated to the standards in healthcare practices and emergency protocols, including updated requirements added to the application process and towards obtaining reciprocity in either State of NY or NJ. I must be well versed to initiate the process for both states. As they are both home of record.
And as the pursuit of career advancement, recognized promotions through acknowledged growth, and boundless opportunities present to embark upon. This is still with my reach.
