I work as a 3rd party contractor from Transwest for Amazon and I help Amazon employees find their way to their destinations with bus routes and information on which building they are looking for in downtown Seattle. I greet workers coming off the bus everyday with a smile on my face and deliver excellent customer service when someone is frustrated and has missed a bus. I provide good quality services with a great attitude and can handle hard situations.
