Customer loyalty, customer care and service have been my area of specialty for more than 10 years. I've worked in Office, Hospitality and Retail settings where professionalism is highly embraced. Face to face meetings, telephone calls and email have been the scenarios through which my communications happened.
The customer "issue resolution" must be clearly explained, citing company procedural rules and regulations, in a friendly, non-aggressive, understandable manner. The “issue resolution” may prepare the customer for the next step in the process.
For the past 2 years I have been studying Ancient Hebrew Bible through online courses @ Israel Bible Center.com. Masters of Hebrew Theology is my goal.
