Having worked with established and startup organizations, I have worked on a myriad of roles as the founding recruiter with Teampay and YieldStreet and as a member of a broader team at Google and Rakuten. Within these organizations, I have created processes, worked with senior members across the organization, and focused on sourcing and screening candidates through detailed analysis and custom questions developed after a thorough intake meeting. Due to my attention to detail and partnership with the hiring managers, I have been successful in not only closing requisitions in record time but have seen my hires’ growth within the organization and in their careers.
I will be able to utilize my skillset developed through being a 2x founding recruiter with Teampay and YieldStreet. Coming from the alternative asset management and B2B fintech industries will allow me to bring a new perspective to the hiring process and develop hiring plans and sourcing strategies to go after active and passive candidates in the NY market.
As a professional who did not have a background in technology, I have developed a passion for hiring the best and brightest for a myriad of roles. I have been able to utilize my research and analytical skills, garnered through my dual baccalaureate in theater and history, to dive into new and challenging roles that directly impact the growth of the organization. Engineers and Product Managers value my thought process and research when launching their roles and sourcing for talent, documenting and sharing notes on candidate backgrounds, past successes, and side projects.
