The duties that I performed as customer service representative were as follows: assisted customer with explaining the customer's bill, assisting with setting up payment arrangements, activating cell phones, assisting the customer with cell phone upgrades and troubleshooting the customer's cell phone. Also educated the customer with various products and services that AT&T offered that the customer could benefit from.
