About

I recently passed my licensure exam and am exploring group practice and other career options after achieving this milestone! I graduated in 2023 but have been in the mental health field in some capacity since 2015. I am a dedicated, compassionate and clinically skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with diverse caseload experience.

Trained in evidence-based modalities including EMDR (Levels 1 and 2, EMDRIA-approved), Gottman Method (Levels 1 and 2), IFS/parts work, somatic approaches, DBT, and narrative therapy. Experienced in complex trauma, neurodivergence, ADHD, high-conflict family and couples systems, betrayal work with couples, identity development for young adults, and play therapy. Seeking a full or part-time hybrid position within a close-knit organization that values therapist growth, equitable compensation, and serves diverse client populations.
