Provide comprehensive, evidence-based care to critically ill neonates, infants, children, and adolescents with complex congenital and acquired cardiovascular disease in a nationally recognized Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit. Deliver specialized perioperative and postoperative care for patients recovering from congenital heart surgery while collaborating with the multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes and provide compassionate, family-centered care.
Provide highly specialized nursing care for critically ill pediatric patients with complex congenital and acquired cardiovascular disease requiring intensive monitoring and advanced life-support therapies.
