I was an IT Leader for a Communications company for over 15 years. I started as a Customer Service Rep assisting customers with technical and billing issues. I moved to Data Entry and Bank deposit positions which allowed me to utilize my analytical skills as a Telephony Information Technology Coordinator.
Finally, I became a Lead, Supervisor, & Manager leading 30 people performing system billing analysis, and customer information security. My current passion is being of service and helping others. I love communicating and meeting new people.
I also love volunteer locally to help others.
I have 34 years of experience in the Telecommunications Industry. I possess many skills such as providing internal and external exceptional customer service, analysis, & leadership skills. I am proficient with computers and the AS400.
I have a BS and MBA in Applied Business Management. Currently working on my DBA.
