Provide mental health services to Agency staff members and eligible family members on a broad range of personal and work related issues to include relationships, occupational issues, achieving personal goals, managing life changes, anxiety and depression, bouncing back after adversity, workplace pressure and stress, stress management, chronic stress, marital issues, work-life balance, workplace conflicts, grief, alcohol and/or drug abuse, terrorist attack, evacuation, injuries, personal tragedies, etc. Perform consultation for the USAID workforce in the United States and those in international development and humanitarian assistance settings, and in high threat and non-permissive environments in developing countries to include, but not limited to, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iraq, Sudan, and Yemen.
